Monitoring

People are busy monitoring their temperature....but me...erm..

05.07.09, Sunday
0100hrs: Trying to Sleep

0430hrs: Sleep

1030hrs: Woke up

In order get to sleep earlier, I swallowed half an Anarex (muscle relax + panadol) pill, which is supposed to cause drowsiness. I didn't want to take the whole pill cause I fear of not waking up in time for work, or worst feeling groggy.

2230hrs: Swallowed half of an Anarex pill and went to bed, trying to fall asleep

Total sleeping hours for the day: 6hrs

06.07.09, Monday
0100hrs: Feel asleep I think

0530hrs: Woke up

0800hrs: Work commence (feeling lethargic, grogy and moody...thanks to insufficient sleep)

1130hrs: Too sleepy, eyes cannot open, weather too hot

1210hrs: Seeked Boss permission to go back to base and 'shut eye' (feeling awfully eyes-heavy)
to
1240hrs: Left base to resume with 'keeping the streets safe'

2130hrs: Report off from work

2215hrs: Reach home

2330hrs: Trying to get some sleep

Total sleeping hours for the day: 5hrs

Sleepless Nights - Insomnia

I have decided to take note of my sleeping habits or rather what time I am finally able to get a shut eye, just to monitor the extend of my newly acquired 'insomnia'.
